My FOCUS_ Customer Service Motto For Barber Clients


Customers should not be considered just another sale.
Customers should not be just being contacts.
Customers who receive great service will become friends and continue to return just to talk to the same person.
This means the Barber is actually taking time to understand the
Customer and getting to know the needs of the client. They will want to receive more information in more detail and continue to come back. After a few visits from the same customer a good Barber will already understand the customer’s needs the next time they come back.
These are the same skills we use when we make friends. These are the
foundation of any good business to continue a good reputation. In the
Long run, a business can grow from its character of great customer service.
